Make it easier for new customers to close out their orders and leave hub review

Our Hub gets a lot of new customers, and it seems like it is not intuitive for them to confirm receipt of parts (most never even confirm). After they confirm they should be directed to review the hub (which they can decline of course).

We have had customers very excited about their parts and who want to give reviews, but they only comment on the order page and never confirm or leave a review unless they are walked through the process which makes it feel like we are nagging for a review.
