Prevent instant order for object that dont fit with any one orientation

several instant order have come through where the object when plated correctly for it idiosyncrasies or least support are way too big to fit the printer XY build envelope. Since the order is instant price, adjustments are not optimal.

My printer (SeeMeCNC Artemis 300) has a build volume of up to 290mm (Diameter) x 500mm (Height), yet some instant orders come through where the parts need to be rotated to fit within my build area. The file viewer does not realize which dimension is my Z-Height and which is the X/Y Diameter of my printer. Reorienting the part so it fits in my build area uses additional support material, causing me to add additional costs to the price quoted to the customer which I would rather not do as they expect to pay the price they were shown. The instant quote should take into account the orientation that the parts will need to be printed so that they will fit and any added support material for that particular orientation.
