extra option for customer when placing order to choose that support have to be removed by hub or customer, hub then can set flat rate or hourly rate for support removal.11 votes
The title says it all:
I have created several time-lapse videos of some printed pieces and I would like to show it in my profile.4 votes
As there are more and more delta style printer with a circular bed shape, it would be nice to list these printer as capable of printing a diameter of ...mm instead of a rectangular box.
For instance if a delta printer had a Ø400mm bed, it would be listed as 283x283mm (I guess), so if an user is asking for a volume based on a rectangle 380x115, it would be rejected.4 votes

Many times I would like to order several parts from the same Hub, and choose material/colour for each parts, so that the shipping price is paid for the whole deliverance. Now, I have to make several orders, and pay, the shipping, say 3-4 times, just because the Hub offers more options on material and colours. It doesn't make sense. For plastic parts, the weight is next to nothing.1 vote
Instead of putting a new tag, there should be a date so that you know if the update is fresh.3 votes
Please add this material that is growing in popularity. Thanks!1 vote
Make a widget which can be embedded into Hub websites, which gives a live update of the latest reviews and star ratings.
It is often difficult to get customers to review on other platforms, so adding this to our external websites would be a great way to show performance.1 vote
Since every printer works best at different speeds, adding an option of printing speed to the customer to choose is needed. Example: the service provider pays higher electricity rates to make the best quality of prints because they take more hours to be slowly printed, in some cases the customer doesn't want the best quality possible and he wants it fast hence less electricity is used but printing hours aren't calculated and added to the final bill nowadays.1 vote
Would be nice to still be visible to customers when the printer is offline, so when they add their part and look through the hubs the offline hubs will be faded out and say things like (on holiday until xx/xx/xxx, printer undergoing routine maintenance, waiting for parts, waiting for filament) and just allow people to send and receive messages to and from the offline hub.2 votes
it would be nice to have the ability to adjust our profile page, what I mean by this is like a tile system where we can move the (reviews, pictures, about me) boxes around.
I don't like this current format.1 vote
Can you please calculate the printing time. At the moment i have a order to print 2 pcs, every pcs will print 48 hours = 4 Days !2 votes
The 20% infill cost less material than 100% infill, so the customer should be able to select which infill he wants so and pay for it, the payment shouldn't be done based on the volume, but by the weight.4 votes
We’re planning to make the infill% selectable by customers and hubs
Sometimes the client wants to print something very large and the amount of material available is not enough3 votes
In New Zealand we use:
for the addresses a courier needs:
Currently a compnay name has to go in the second part of the address line, where the suburb should go.
Example address would be:
Company: Wellington Drive Technologies Ltd
Attn.: First + Last name
Street: Unit A, 21 Arrenway Drive
Postal code: 0632
Country: New Zealand
Ph.: 021-123 4567
Request for changes to accomodate company names and suburbs1 vote
I want to offer instant order, but not for all of my materials within a printer. Some of the TPU prints and other composite filaments are much more risky about printing vs ABS or PLA.
Give each material and printer a radio button to turn on or off instant order.3 votes
When you go to order from my hub, it says "PIckup in Montgomery, US 19 June." Thing is, there are a lot of Montgomerys (Montgomeries?) in the US, and even around here. In a smaller country this style may make sense, but for the US, maybe make it (Town), (State), since that is what most people are used to.2 votes
When defining your hub printers, it would be good it we could enter a max build plate size, ie 150mm x 150mm x120mm.
3d hubs could then reject prints that are too big. I hate having to reject orders because customers are not advised of sizes available.29 votes
Thanks for the fair feedback. We might take this along when we’re touching part orientation and build volume filtering
If a hub owner is going on vacation or to a conference for a week or two it would be nice to have a vacation mode or a temporarily offline mode. There could be one toggle switch with a corresponding date field that takes the hub printers offline but still allows the hub to show in search results. The difference being that it has a message stating something to the effect of "This hub is temporarily offline and will resume accepting orders on (date)". This way existing customers know you're still around, and, potential new customers may see still view your hub and even be willing to wait the x days until you're available again if they like what they see over the other hubs available.
Taking printers offline and disappearing from search results is a bit of a penalty. I don't think a hub should be penalized for taking vacation or going out of town on a business trip.
I've seen posts like this from 2015 and admins said they would add the feature, but here we are 2 years later with nothing.

With the release of the Polymaker Polysher, can that be added as an additional service to Polish prints?2 votes
We’re planning to add finishing options later this year
