        of course now they use a cloud slicer and that one can tell how long it thinks it takes

        even if this is not correct we as hubs can quickly figure out the relative difference and adjust our hour price after that

        for this to work they have to use a cloudslicer and you must upload slicer config... that will of course open up for times to be calculated. but on the other hand you have to use one of the slicers they choose to do time calc on

        and what if your printers firmware is set to work slower than the slicer

        so ultimately i think they have to do it by uploading firmware as that will ultimately tell how fast you can print

          what a strange one... as Michael the option is allready there

          you just add a charge as you would with extra post processing work... instead of say painting the object you just enter urgent order and what you charge

            Hey Salvador,

            This is a great idea, as a matter of fact we built it a while back but the performance of the discount codes didn’t scale at all, with 9000+ printers on the platform that is pretty crucial so we’ll be revamping the discount system so we can once again have Hubs offer discounts to customers. Stay tuned.

            well there is a box where customer can input the discount code

            and it should not require rocketsience to make an automated system where hubs can generate codes themselfes.

            if this is no longer planned at least say so and close the idea

            4 years and nothing to show for it i would say its have been put in the bin a long time ago

                  just got an email from them, in normal people words it said "we dont care as it works for a few hubs and we want to get rid of the small hubs"

                  i can only suggest that we continue to send them emails at support@3dhubs.com

                  in Denmark you will be denied the VAT number if the turnover is not above 50000

                  i too can provide an invoice as long i dont mention VAT on it, if customers ask about VAT i will simply reply that i have not charged VAT

                  i got a reply from 3D hubs that they did this to deal with "legit" business's

                  Sure there are other ways to proove that you are legit other than having good stats and a VAT number

                      ask them for it as soon you see that they have chosen GLS

                      i also use GLS and phone number is normally displayed when you click "more" under the customer

                      the only thing i ask them is their email and what parcel shop they want to pickup from

                        one way could be that 3dhubs fix the way they nessure distance

                        right now they messure in direct line from customer to hub and not by driven distance

                        and then its just up to the customer to pick either recommended or closest

                        and i would not blame 3dhubs for setting recommended as default so that the hubs that work hard for a better rating etc get shown first

                            nice idea but you have to pitch makerbot the idea as its them who have to add the botton

                            and i think you best sell the idea as a general botton that just move people to 3dhubs and let them select the hub they want

                              i use an app to block sms sound from 10pm to 10am

                                  its not a mistake...

                                  if the hub is deleted it will say that

                                  same for hubs if the customer is deleted it will say the same

                                  a hub can be deleted if its in the bottom 10% or so for to long

                                  a customer can be deleted if they are just spamming hubs

                                  and if either hub or customer breaks the rules of 3d hub they can also be deleted

                                        i would say the same her, i only offer signed parcels and pickup

                                        at pickup it should not take the customer more than 5 mins to tick that they got it and that the quality is ok... but to be fair 24 hours as a max would be in order

                                        for delivered order much the same could be the case, ie 24 hours from when the customer signs for the parcel

                                        the 3 day from signed to payout is hard to do anything about since that is how banks work, but i can live with that
