      there are no "out of hours" on 3d hubs

        nice idea but you have to pitch makerbot the idea as its them who have to add the botton

        and i think you best sell the idea as a general botton that just move people to 3dhubs and let them select the hub they want

          i use an app to block sms sound from 10pm to 10am

          solves the problem :-D

            Hey Salvador,

            This is a great idea, as a matter of fact we built it a while back but the performance of the discount codes didn’t scale at all, with 9000+ printers on the platform that is pretty crucial so we’ll be revamping the discount system so we can once again have Hubs offer discounts to customers. Stay tuned.

                its not a mistake...

                if the hub is deleted it will say that

                same for hubs if the customer is deleted it will say the same

                a hub can be deleted if its in the bottom 10% or so for to long

                a customer can be deleted if they are just spamming hubs

                and if either hub or customer breaks the rules of 3d hub they can also be deleted

                      i would say the same her, i only offer signed parcels and pickup

                      at pickup it should not take the customer more than 5 mins to tick that they got it and that the quality is ok... but to be fair 24 hours as a max would be in order

                      for delivered order much the same could be the case, ie 24 hours from when the customer signs for the parcel

                      the 3 day from signed to payout is hard to do anything about since that is how banks work, but i can live with that

                          what a strange one... as Michael the option is allready there

                          you just add a charge as you would with extra post processing work... instead of say painting the object you just enter urgent order and what you charge

                                for this to work they have to use a cloudslicer and you must upload slicer config... that will of course open up for times to be calculated. but on the other hand you have to use one of the slicers they choose to do time calc on

                                and what if your printers firmware is set to work slower than the slicer

                                so ultimately i think they have to do it by uploading firmware as that will ultimately tell how fast you can print

                                  also the "area" is somewhat a "unknown" variable

                                  when i compare my prices with the other hubs in the area i see hubs located outside the country

                                  or i see hubs that are so far away that it will take hours in car to get there, i wonder how long it would take if one where to do as 3dhubs planned on in the beginning, jump on a bike to do a local pickup

                                      i can vote for this also, had my response time skewed a few time as orders came in late and i was gone to bed

                                      business hours could also indicate when you want to have sms notifications sent

                                            i have a self build Mendel90 and i would like to change the build plate

                                            I have been told that i need to ask to have a custom Mendel90 added....

                                            and i was told that 3dhubs subtract 10% - just to be safe

                                            now imagine all the self builds out there... what a workload 3dhubs have which could be much less if it was a setting (at least for the self build ones).

                                            and we would be 100% in charge of our build volume and not only 90% in charge :-D

                                            yes allready done, but not as a settings so it can be changed at will

                                            you will have to add a custom printer fot that.

                                            adding it as a setting under printers would be a plus and will take some workload off the admin staff
